We guarantee that all clones will arrive alive and healthy. If your plant arrives in poor condition or is not alive upon delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. To qualify for a replacement or store credit, please follow these steps:

1. Take clear photos of the clone in its original packaging and condition upon arrival.
